Here is a quick and easy almond butter keto bread recipe:
Almond Butter Keto Bread
(Recipe tweaked from Dr. Jockers)
- 1 cup almond butter
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 8 drops liquid stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients together with a mixer or by hand. Pour into lightly greased bread loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Top with butter or other topping of choice.
